As a result of winning the Brewmasters Choice Award at the Sierra Taphouse Competition I won the opportunity to join a fun group of restaurateurs and publicans at the sought after Sierra Nevada Brewing Company’s Beer Camp.
Terrence Sullivan with SNBC was our host and he showed us a damn good time. It was a three day event filled with food and beers at the pub, tour of the brewery inside and out, a ride on a twelve seat bicycle, a brew session of our own beer, and even some wine tasting at a near by Trappist Monastery. One high note was the visit to the sensory analysis lab where I got to share a few different versions of Current Craft Dirty Blonde, WZZ BRIS, and Current Craft Biere de Mars with the group and the kind folk at SNBC.
